Penny Ling is a cute, young and very pretty purple and white Panda of Chinese descent. Her personality is demure and she is very sensitive, sometimes mistaking deprecating jokes told in jest for sincere insults. When insulted or made to feel inadequate she often withdraws, cries, or becomes dour, but she seems to get over this in Penny for Your Laughs. However despite her cuteness and beauty, she has been shown to have a more serious side, becoming enraged at times over perceived slights and taking charge in situations that call for a firm hand to resolve.
Penny is graceful and skilled at ribbon dancing. She is sweet and tender.
